Hi all,
It's been a while since I have posted a shopping trip, so I thought I would share my trip today. Today was certainly not a knock your socks off trip, but I was happy with my savings.
I shopped today at Publix and Aldi. I just laid everything out and took a picture of it all instead of individual pics. I also got 4- 12pks of cokes not pictured.
Here's the break down:
Abbreviations: MQ=Manufacture Coupon
D=Doubled
SQ=Store Coupon
OOP=Out Of Pocket
MM=Money Maker
RC=Rain Check
Publix:
2-Sunday Papers $3
4-12pk coke 4/$12
3-Duncan Hines Brownie Mix 1.35(x3)=$4.05- .50 MQD(x3)= $1.05 ($.35each)
2-Kraft Shredded Cheese $1.67 (x2)=$3.34 - $1/2 MQ =$2.24
2-packs of ground beef =$6.70
1-Old El Paso taco shells $1.99
3-Yakisoba Chick. noodles $.89 (x3) = $2.67 - .50 MQD(x3) = $.33 MM

1-Hellmann's Mayo $2.55
1-Publix brand spaghetti sauce $1.37
2-Airwick Freshmatic Kit $5.99 (x2) = 11.98 - $4 MQ (x2)= $3.98 - $3 SQ (x2) Cashier adjusted the two SQ down to just make them free and not a money maker = Free
Total OOP: $32.61 Total Saved: $34.41
I know I could have had a couple more coupons, but I'm really behind on clipping and organizing. :( Oh well, anytime I save more than I spend is a good day to me! :)
Aldi:
2-Cantaloupe $.99 (x2) = $1.98
1-8.?? lb. ham $9.94
4-Augratin Potatoes $.89 (x4)= $3.56
2-Loaves whole wheat bread $1.29 (x2) = $2.58
1-Bag of Cheese Puffs $1.19
1-Bag of Potato Chips $1.39
Total OOP: $21.26
Both stores totaled $55.67 which along with my stockpile (although small right now) this will feed my family of 3 for the week. Not as good as I have done in the past, but I'd say that's pretty good considering I've let my stockpile get down pretty low. :)
Hopefully I will be posting some really great hauls soon, as I get back in the game of deal hunting! :)
Have a wonderful day!
Jennifer

Nice job! I thought there were some pretty good sales at Publix this week. I stocked up on cheese as I had several Kraft coupons.
Looks like your Sunday paper is only $1.50, so I'm envious as ours is $2. ;)
Tracey,
Our papers are $2 as well, but on Sundays they take the left over early editions that come out on Sat. and bundle them with a Sun. edition for $3. So I always get the double pack.
