Hi all,
I just had to share my latest finished project. :) I made my DD a soft, fluffy poncho. It was surprisingly easy. I had a ball doing it. My daughter likes it so much, that I'll most likely be making more of these.
I found the pattern here. I used Bernat Baby Boucle' yarn in Violet Blossom.
So here I am with a sense of satisfaction, and wanting to crochet more in 80 degree weather! Oh well, I guess we'll be ready for next winter. ;)
What craft projects have you been working on lately? I'd love to see them! I enjoy looking at all types of crafts, or repurposed items, so feel free to share. :)
I hope you all have a great day!
Jennifer

The poncho turned out beautifully!! I so wish I knew how to crochet or knit and could teach my girls. Are you available for lessons? ;)
How long did the project take you? My eleven year old is all about the poncho - I just don't want to lay out the $20 for the one she wants. Thanks for including the link to the instructions.
Andrea,
Thank you so much! I guess I've moved up just a little from a beginner. :)

I worked on it here and there when I had a free moment. It's an easy pattern to follow, so if I devoted more time, I could get it done in a few afternoons. I'm still pretty slow. ;)

Cute poncho. I haven't progressed past scarves myself. Maybe just one hundred more and I'll venture out :)
Nicki Woo,
You could do it! The pattern is really easy to follow. :)
Thanks for stopping by,
